Ten For Ten - Especially for our DCF 10 year’s anniversary (14 December 2011), we launched the 10 for 10 fundraising campaign: ten Euros from the West for ten Euros in Ecuador or Nepal. For our sponsors it meant one present less from Santa Claus, a cheaper bottle of wine with Christmas or fewer fireworks on New Year’s Eve. For our projects, the amount of 10 Euros means:

CNF Ecuador
10 Euros = 1 month of gas (10 kids)
10 Euros = 3 kids to the doctor
10 Euros = outing to the park with 10 kids

CNF Nepal
10 Euros = 1 month milk for 60 kids
10 Euros = 1 month water for cleaning and hygiene
10 Euros = 8 x fruit per month for 60 kids

Of course we left it up to the sponsors if they wanted to put more zeros behind the ten!  All 10 for 10 donations will be used for the structural monthly budgets of our Child ’N Family centers in 2012.

Total of donations received for our tenth anniversary: Euro 3.855,00!
