Notarial Act

Set a Notary Act - The Dutch Tax Authorities encourage donations to charities. In The Netherlands you can deduct a donation to a public welfare institution (so-called ANBI) from your tax allowances, following certain rules.

But if you state a fixed amount in a notarial act for at least five years in a row, the Tax Authorities will pay up to 52% of your donation back. DCF gives you the possibility to do that through Schenkservice ("Donation Service"). On their website you can read all detailed information: we are included in the charities list under Development Work. If you donate more than Euro 150,00 per year, the DCF Board members will pay for the administrative costs.

You can also directly download the form here. If you have any questions, please contact our Treasurer through info@daniellechildrensfund.org.
