Thank You - Hotel Ganesh Himal!
12-05-2011 - Company Donation - Hotel Ganesh Himal is a family owned, nice hotel in Chhetrapati, Kathmandu. They have been selected as an author's choice in the Lonely Planet and offer good quality at a reasonable price. Since the closure of our Daniëlle Children's House, Ine is not living in Jorpati anymore during the week, but stays in Hotel Ganesh Himal.
Mukhiya and Maya, the owners of the hotel, have become good friends of Ine. They are socially involved people and very enthusiastic about our Child 'N Family center. During Ine s last month, they have given a second donation for the project, this time of Euro 100,00. On top of that, hotel guests Ruth, Frank and 4-year old George, donated Euro 50,00 after a visit to the center.
Since we have just started the second session (year 2068) we needed to purchase new text books. The total gift will be spent to pay 50% of the costs for these lesson books: the rest of the amount will be financed with the monthly allowances of the parents.
