16-05-2011 - Company Donation - View Asia Adventures is a Kathmandu based trekking company. The small, family run, adventure company was created with the vision to offer an environmentally friendly, more personalized and professional service to visitors coming to the Himalayas. They receive a lot of clients through the Dutch travel agent Sunita.
Mangena of View Asia Adventures came in contact with Ine and she visited our Child 'N Family center in Kathmandu. She was impressed with the well-run childcare facility and the social awareness program for the parents.
After the spring 2011 season, View Asia Adventures decided to donate gifts of their clients to our project. The amount of Euro 300,00 will pay partly for the uniforms for the 60 children. The other part will be paid for by the parents through their monthly contributions.
We are very grateful for the involvement of View Asia Adventures, Sunita and their tourist clients.
