Thank You - Colour4kids!

03-11-2011 - Organization Funds - Ellen and Marij left Holland on Friday 21 October 2011 with suitcases full of paint, colors, craft materials, etc. for the paint project in our Child ‘N Family center in Ambato. At their arrival in Ecuador, the patio was ready and the building was almost completely covered in white: with their own eyes they could see how the big entrance gate was sprayed blue (the floor of the patio and the paint for the building and gate were donations of Colour4kids).

While they were “inspecting” the renovation works, the ladies noticed that there was a “hole” in the wall around the therapy building. It is now covered with building materials but it needs to be repaired for security reasons. After consulting Colour4kids, they granted a second donation to fix this part of the wall, install a metal door, and improve the outside wall at the entrance.

DCF is very happy with the presence of Ellen and Marij in the project. And of course we are extremely grateful for the extra Euro 930,00 from Colour4kids for this important security improvement around the therapy building.
