Thank You - Anneke Martens-Amery!
02-07-2009 - Private Initiative - Anneke Martens-Amery, mother of our Secretary Ine, turned 65 on 14 March 2009. She celebrated this special event on the 2nd of July 2009. With a select group of friends, she visited a private art collection in Wassenaar. Afterwards, they continued the festivities in a typical Dutch pancake house.
Instead of expecting presents, Anneke suggested her guests to contribute to DCF. In total, Euro 2.550,- was donated, which is more than enough to cover three months budget of our Daniëlle Children's House (including the vocational training) in Nepal!
We would like to thank Anneke's birthday company for all the kind gifts we received. And we especially want to express our gratitude to Anneke herself and her husband Luc, for their everlasting loyal support to our foundation.
