Thank You - Ine!
16-03-2008 - Private Initiative - On 16 March 2008, our volunteer Marketing and Communications, Ine Martens, turned 37. She celebrated this with the children of our center in Ambato and with Helma and her family. All together, they went to La Estación de Urbina, an old train station at the bottom of the volcano Chimborazo. They enjoyed being outside the whole day, playing with the llama's and planting trees.
Ine's friends and family did not give her any presents, but - just as she asked - donated money for the fund. In total, DCF received Euro 1.134,- on the account. A nice amount, which will be spent on operational costs for the Child 'N Family center we will open in Kathmandu, Nepal.
